DIRT TO DOLLARS
TERMS & CONDITIONS AGREEMENT

By purchasing, enrolling in, or participating in any Dirt to Dollars program, membership, mastermind, coaching service, or related offering, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. PROGRAMS COVERED

These Terms & Conditions apply to all Dirt to Dollars services and offerings, including but not limited to:

• The Blueprint Membership
• The Operator Membership
• The Roundtable Mastermind
• 90-Day War Room
• 1:1 Coaching with John Seaman
• 1:1 Coaching with Dirt to Dollars Marketing Specialist
• Any future coaching, consulting, digital products, live calls, events, or programs offered by Dirt to Dollars.

1. MEMBERSHIP & PROGRAM ACCESS

Enrollment grants access only to the program or service purchased.

Dirt to Dollars reserves the right to modify, improve, add to, or update program content, training materials, resources, and membership benefits at any time to better serve members and maintain program quality.

Access may be revoked without refund for harassment, abuse, disruption, unlawful activity, or behavior determined to negatively impact the community or coaching environment.

1. SCHEDULING & PROGRAM CHANGES

Dirt to Dollars provides live coaching, scheduled calls, and program events when possible according to published schedules.

However, by enrolling you acknowledge and agree that:

• Dirt to Dollars may change, reschedule, move, postpone, or modify the date or time of regularly scheduled coaching calls, trainings, group sessions, events, or meetings as reasonably necessary.

• Dirt to Dollars may reschedule or adjust 1:1 coaching appointments with John Seaman or the Dirt to Dollars Marketing Specialist when business, travel, scheduling conflicts, emergencies, or operational needs require.

• Reasonable efforts will be made to provide notice of schedule changes whenever possible.

Schedule adjustments or changes do not constitute grounds for refund or cancellation.

1. RECORDING CONSENT & MEDIA RELEASE

By participating in any Dirt to Dollars coaching call, mastermind, meeting, event, livestream, Zoom call, or other communication, you grant Dirt to Dollars and its representatives permission to record, photograph, screenshot, reproduce, and use your participation.

This includes but is not limited to:

• Video recordings
• Audio recordings
• Screenshots
• Testimonials
• Chat comments
• Coaching interactions
• Educational or business discussions

You grant Dirt to Dollars, John Seaman, and Dirt to Dollars marketing representatives an irrevocable, royalty-free right to use, edit, publish, repost, distribute, and display this content for:

• Social media
• Marketing
• Promotional materials
• Advertising
• Educational content
• Website content
• Podcasts
• Future program materials
• Other business-related media purposes.

You understand that participation in live or recorded coaching may be publicly shared and waive any claim to compensation, royalties, approval rights, or ownership related to such recordings or media use.

1. SHIPPING & MERCHANDISE

From time to time, Dirt to Dollars may send merchandise, gifts, promotional items, or membership-related materials.

By enrolling and providing a shipping address, you grant permission for Dirt to Dollars to ship merchandise or related materials to the address you provide.

Dirt to Dollars is not responsible for delivery delays, lost packages, inaccurate addresses provided by the customer, or carrier-related issues.

1. PAYMENT & SUBSCRIPTIONS

Recurring memberships and subscriptions will be billed according to the selected plan and billing cycle agreed to at checkout.

Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or termination of access.

Unless otherwise stated, membership fees and coaching payments are non-refundable.

1. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS

Dirt to Dollars provides coaching, education, strategy, and support.

However, business success depends on many factors outside of Dirt to Dollars' control, including effort, market conditions, execution, experience, and business decisions.

Dirt to Dollars, John Seaman, and affiliated coaches make no guarantees regarding:

• Revenue
• Profit
• Leads
• Customer growth
• Business success
• Specific financial results

Individual results will vary.

1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dirt to Dollars, John Seaman, affiliated coaches, employees, contractors, and representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from participation in any program or service.

Participation is voluntary and undertaken at your own discretion.

By purchasing or participating in any Dirt to Dollars membership, mastermind, coaching program, or service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
